Sephora Paris (La Défense) — HR Assistant (Apprenticeship). Support store HR operations, recruitment and personnel administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day personnel administration in support of the Store Director and Regional HR Business Partner.
- Manage occupational health coordination: schedule medical appointments, follow up on periodic exams and facilitate return-to-work processes after long-term absence.
- Prepare and update team schedules and rosters in line with store needs.
- Enter and process employment contracts, extensions and related HR documentation.
- Maintain and update in-store information channels (noticeboards, internal communications).
- Manage end-to-end local recruitment activities: publish job adverts, pre‑qualify candidates, organise and conduct phone/Zoom/in-person interviews, and present shortlists to store leadership.
- Plan and run local recruitment events and coordinate school/education partnerships to attract talent.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme (Master's level) with a specialisation in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Curious, proactive and creative with a strong commercial orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-minded approach to colleagues and store leadership.
- Comfortable using social media and digital channels for employer branding and candidate sourcing.
- Adaptable in a fast-moving retail environment and comfortable working as part of a team.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; suitable for candidates seeking an apprenticeship. Previous internships or part-time experience in HR or retail are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Master's-level programme (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
