Sephora Paris (La Défense) — HR Assistant (Apprenticeship). Support store HR operations, recruitment and personnel administration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day personnel administration in support of the Store Director and Regional HR Business Partner.
  • Manage occupational health coordination: schedule medical appointments, follow up on periodic exams and facilitate return-to-work processes after long-term absence.
  • Prepare and update team schedules and rosters in line with store needs.
  • Enter and process employment contracts, extensions and related HR documentation.
  • Maintain and update in-store information channels (noticeboards, internal communications).
  • Manage end-to-end local recruitment activities: publish job adverts, pre‑qualify candidates, organise and conduct phone/Zoom/in-person interviews, and present shortlists to store leadership.
  • Plan and run local recruitment events and coordinate school/education partnerships to attract talent.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme (Master's level) with a specialisation in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Curious, proactive and creative with a strong commercial orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-minded approach to colleagues and store leadership.
  • Comfortable using social media and digital channels for employer branding and candidate sourcing.
  • Adaptable in a fast-moving retail environment and comfortable working as part of a team.
