Role & Responsibilities
- Administer personnel management tasks.
- Coordinate appointments with occupational health services, including periodic visits and return-to-work assessments.
- Prepare and update team schedules.
- Input and extend employment contracts.
- Maintain and update the information board.
- Draft and disseminate job postings.
- Pre-qualify candidates and present them to store directors.
- Organize and conduct interviews via phone, Zoom, or in-person.
- Manage local recruitment events.
- Participate in managing local school partnerships.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
