Role & Responsibilities
- Recruitment of working students and interns for the Düsseldorf headquarters, including advertisement of vacancies, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Support in HR and training administration.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives.
- Animate the internal platform 'We Are Sephora' with diverse posts, news messages, and a quarterly newsletter.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student who has successfully completed the first three semesters of a relevant study (e.g., Business Administration, HR Management, or Psychology).
- Initial experience in HR or recruiting.
