Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Support the coordination and administration of the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective communication and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and assist with induction sessions to facilitate a smooth new starter experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding policies, benefits, holiday entitlements, and general HR topics.
  • Support the delivery of employee engagement activities and events across the business.
  • Conduct research to support HR and Talent Acquisition projects, including market trends and best practice analysis.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proactive approach with eagerness to learn and contribute ideas. Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

Experience

Previous experience in HR, recruitment, customer service, or a fast-paced work environment is beneficial but not required.
