Sephora — Neuilly-sur-Seine: HR Administrative Assistant (Apprenticeship). 24-month alternance starting Aug 2026; support HR administration for Europe & Middle‑East.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end personnel administration for a perimeter of approximately 175 employees (hires, departures, contract amendments, DPAE and regulatory filings).
- Prepare employment documentation: contracts, amendments, internship agreements and related legal paperwork.
- Enter hires, departures and contractual changes into the HRIS (SuccessFactors) and maintain accurate employee records.
- Process variable payroll elements and liaise with payroll and C&B teams to ensure correct pay inputs.
- Monitor contractual timelines (probation periods, contract renewals, end-of-contract formalities) and produce required attestations and letters.
- Coordinate occupational health interactions: schedule medical visits, support health campaigns and coordinate with occupational physicians.
- Maintain HR dashboards and trackers; follow immigration files and related administrative requirements.
- Manage alternance contract financing and invoicing processes with the OPCO.
- Co-facilitate administrative onboarding sessions and support the management of employee benefits specific to Sephora.
- Contribute to HR digitalisation projects and participate in transversal HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s level (Bac+3/4) in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Good written communication and interpersonal capabilities; professional curiosity and proactivity.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise information and propose practical solutions.
- Prior experience or internship within an HR department is advantageous.

Experience
Entry-level: suitable for candidates at the beginning of their HR career. A first internship or exposure to HR administration is a plus. This is a 24-month apprenticeship (alternance) starting mid‑August 2026.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3/4) in Human Resources or related discipline.

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
