Sephora Milan: Head of Talent Development & Employer Branding role leading strategic HR initiatives across Learning & Development, Communications, and Employer Branding.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a multidisciplinary team spanning Learning & Development, Internal Communication, and Employer Branding functions
  • Develop and implement annual talent development and employer branding strategy aligned with company vision and business objectives
  • Adapt and deploy European headquarters guidelines to local market context
  • Design and execute Learning & Development initiatives tailored to country-specific organizational needs
  • Develop comprehensive Employer Branding strategy and cultivate strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Lead LinkedIn and social media deployment strategy to enhance company visibility and recruitment pipeline
  • Plan and execute internal communications programs targeting both retail and corporate employee populations
  • Conceptualize and implement employee well-being initiatives that enhance workplace engagement and organizational culture
  • Coordinate all employee communication and educational initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across the organization
  • Organize and oversee company events, team-building activities, and engagement programs in collaboration with HR Business Partners
  • Manage departmental budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI tracking for talent development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, or equivalent leadership role
  • Fluent English language proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex strategic initiatives and multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience building and leading multifunctional teams across Learning & Development, Communications, and HR functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational awareness and understanding of corporate dynamics
  • Strategic partnership capabilities with diverse internal and external stakeholders

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or HR Leadership are preferred.
