Sephora seeks Head of Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation in San Francisco. Lead enterprise transformation and organizational design. $206K–$231K annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational design efforts that improve work structure, governance, and execution across teams and functions; assess operating models, organizational structures, decision rights, and efficiency opportunities
  • Build and embed enterprise change management approaches supporting transformation planning, leadership readiness, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and sustainment
  • Lead the people side of AI-enabled transformation by helping leaders and teams understand and adopt new ways of working; partner across functions to evaluate AI's impact on work, roles, and skills
  • Establish enterprise standards, governance routines, and decision-making frameworks for workforce management; partner with retail, distribution, payroll, HR technology, finance, and operations leaders
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives on organizational effectiveness, operating model evolution, and transformation priorities; identify opportunities to improve organizational performance and change readiness

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organization design, change management, HR transformation, workforce management, or business transformation
  • Expertise in operating model design, organizational structures, governance frameworks, decision rights, and workforce planning
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in matrixed organizations
  • Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders across HR, Operations, Finance, Technology, and business functions
  • Strong change leadership skills with ability to drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and sustained outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
