Sephora seeks Head of Digital for 12-month FTC to lead e-commerce strategy and team across ANZ from Sydney.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead e-commerce strategy and delivery against AU/NZ revenue targets and key commercial objectives
- Monitor and optimize performance across all digital platforms including app, mobile site and desktop
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition, conversion and retention
- Drive innovation across the online customer journey including payments, delivery and shopping experience
- Lead major e-commerce campaigns and omni-channel promotional events including Black Friday and key trading periods
- Identify commercial improvement opportunities through data-driven insights and continuous optimization
- Leverage competitor analysis and customer analytics to enhance site navigation, content, merchandising and checkout
- Partner with regional teams to deliver personalized customer experiences across digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Act as the voice of the e-commerce function in leadership forums and contribute to strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of digital experience, ideally from beauty or fashion industry
- Tertiary education in Commerce or Digital Technology (highly desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to identify opportunities and drive results
- Proven ability to set strategic direction and translate vision into actionable plans
- Experience managing complexity and ambiguity
- Collaborative leadership style that builds strong relationships across teams
- Ability to inspire, engage and develop high-performing teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of digital experience, ideally from the beauty or fashion industry, with proven track record of managing complex e-commerce portfolios and leading high-performing teams.
Education
Tertiary education in Commerce or Digital Technology is highly desirable but not essential.
