Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of ambitious, insight-driven category strategies for Skin & Hair.
- Translate market data into actionable plans to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver cohesive 360° activation strategies.
- Define and oversee zoning and floor-map principles for productivity and brand communication.
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with brand partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive continuous improvement in local contracts.
- Lead new-brand pitches and manage brand launches aligned with customer insights.
- Manage overall brand performance, driving growth and addressing under-performance.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on innovation and improvement.
- Ensure alignment and communication with Global, EU, and UK leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in category leadership.
- Proven ability to build and execute insight-driven category strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen with market data analysis experience.
- Expertise in leading cross-functional brand and category activations.
- Experience in developing floor-map/zoning principles.
- Senior-level brand partnership management experience.
- Strong capability in launching new brands and managing brand performance.
- Ability to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
- Experience aligning with global, regional, and local leadership teams.
