Sephora UK seeks Graphic Designer (6-month FTC) in London. Create impactful visual assets across digital and in-store campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support creation and execution of impactful visual assets across the full marketing ecosystem, including digital, print, and in-store touchpoints
- Design visually engaging content for 360° omni-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Produce motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and social channels
- Adapt global creative assets for the UK market whilst maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret briefs, present ideas, and refine creative concepts
- Optimise all creative work for intended channels, from website and app to email, social, print, and out-of-home advertising
- Support delivery of key seasonal campaigns and cultural moments across the marketing calendar
- Stay ahead of design trends and digital innovation to continuously elevate creative output
Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within e-commerce, beauty, or fashion
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, typography, and motion graphics capabilities
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat)
- Experience in motion design, video editing, and animation
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM, and content optimisation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in e-commerce, beauty, or fashion sectors.
