Sephora Collection Graphic Design Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine — 12–24 month alternance for design students starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation and artworking of packaging concepts for Sephora Collection, from initial brief to delivery of final production files.
- Follow and contribute to each stage of the product development cycle, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and visual coherence across SKUs.
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with production teams and external suppliers to guarantee technical accuracy and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and creative teams to translate strategic briefs into visual executions and packaging solutions.
- Conduct visual research and trend monitoring to inform creative proposals and keep the brand’s visual language current.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (third year) or Master’s program in Graphic Design, Packaging, Visual Communication or a related discipline (L3, M1, M2).
- Strong portfolio or coursework demonstrating graphic and packaging design sensibility.
- Practical knowledge of the graphic production chain and prepress/file preparation for print.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and aptitude for working in a collaborative creative environment.
- Sensitivity to beauty/cosmetics sector aesthetics and brand positioning.

Entry-level — suitable for students with limited professional experience; prior internships or academic projects in packaging or graphic design are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a tertiary program (Bachelor’s third year or Master’s level) in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communication or equivalent.
