Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the organization and execution of Supply Chain domain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Oversee service providers and vendors involved in project implementation.
- Contribute to defining and integrating application architecture solutions within the Sephora ecosystem.
- Support integration teams on technical solutions and ensure delivery and performance of developed solutions.
- Assist Sephora’s Business Departments in project ownership of information system initiatives.
- Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications.
- Conduct technology watch and research new solutions to meet user needs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university background.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in a consulting firm, systems integrator, or IT department, preferably in the Retail sector.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in IT Supply Chain project management in an international context.

Education
Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university background.
