Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and execute IT projects within the Enterprise Solution Department.
- Support the upstream and downstream Supply Chain development strategy in an omnichannel, international context.
- Conduct studies and implement information system solutions.
- Assist Sephora's Business Departments in project management of information system projects.
- Manage the organization and execution of projects, including definition, governance, deliverables, and action plan monitoring.
- Contribute to the definition of application architecture and integration into the Sephora ecosystem.
- Lead integration teams or editors on technical solutions implementation.
- Ensure the build and performance of developed solutions.
- Manage service providers and suppliers involved in project implementation.
- Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications.
- Provide user support for application software.
- Ensure administrative follow-up and project communication within the Global Tech department.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consulting, integration, or IT Department SCM division, preferably in the Retail sector.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in IT Supply Chain project management in an international context.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
