Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and execute IT projects within the Enterprise Solution Department.
  • Support the upstream and downstream Supply Chain development strategy in an omnichannel, international context.
  • Conduct studies and implement information system solutions.
  • Assist Sephora's Business Departments in project management of information system projects.
  • Manage the organization and execution of projects, including definition, governance, deliverables, and action plan monitoring.
  • Contribute to the definition of application architecture and integration into the Sephora ecosystem.
  • Lead integration teams or editors on technical solutions implementation.
  • Ensure the build and performance of developed solutions.
  • Manage service providers and suppliers involved in project implementation.
  • Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications.
  • Provide user support for application software.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up and project communication within the Global Tech department.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consulting, integration, or IT Department SCM division, preferably in the Retail sector.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in IT Supply Chain project management in an international context.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Skills

Mastery of project management and IT development standards and methods. Functional mastery of demand planning processes and global supply chain. Experience with Demand Planning tools, notably RELEX. Knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM) and their integrations, particularly in SAP Retail ECC or S/4 HANA context. Leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Proactive with strong customer orientation.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, integration, or IT Department SCM division, with significant experience in IT Supply Chain project management.

Education

Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
