Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the Enterprise Solutions Directorate.
  • Support the omnichannel development strategy by standardizing product and store references internationally.
  • Implement IT solutions for merchandising to meet the needs of offer and operational marketing departments.
  • Oversee the management of product launch processes, store reference management, and quality and regulatory data.
  • Optimize assortment management and brand performance analysis.
  • Validate and enhance technical solutions implemented in projects.
  • Define application architecture and ensure integration within Sephora's ecosystem.
  • Provide expert-level support and maintenance for domain applications.
  • Manage relationships with technical partners, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in consulting, integration, or IT departments within the retail sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT project management.

Skills

Proficiency in project management standards and methodologies. Knowledge of PLM/PIM/MDM software and merchandising performance tools. Functional expertise in SAP MM module is advantageous. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management, preferably within the retail sector.

Education

Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
