Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization, management, and execution of IT projects within the Back-Office Solutions Directorate to support the digital transformation of the Finance function in an omnichannel international context.
  • Drive the selection process for Finance solutions, including drafting specifications and selecting tools and partners.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
  • Oversee vendors and suppliers involved in project implementation.
  • Maintain relationships with specific IT suppliers and manage software updates, licenses, and maintenance contracts.
  • Contribute to defining the application architecture of solutions and ensure their integration into Sephora's ecosystem, maintaining overall coherence of the Finance IT system.
  • Support integration teams with technical solutions and ensure the performance and realization of developed solutions.
  • Ensure the evolution of Finance applications and conduct technological watch to identify new solutions for user needs.
  • Assist Sephora's business units in managing IT project ownership.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an engineering or business school, or equivalent university degree.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a consulting firm, integrator, or Finance IT department.
  • Functional and technical mastery of SAP FI/CO modules and their integration with MM/SD modules, especially in SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Knowledge of information system architecture.
  • Significant experience in managing IT projects in Finance within an international context.

Skills

Excellent relational skills, understanding of functional needs and business challenges, leadership, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Autonomous, pragmatic, attentive, and capable of rapid adaptation, with a focus on continuous improvement and internal client satisfaction. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant roles within consulting, integration, or Finance IT departments.

Education

Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
