Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategies for access and authorization management across enterprise solutions.
  • Serve as the expert on SAP roles definition and management.
  • Audit and ensure compliance of solutions to prevent abuses.
  • Develop tools and processes for IT users in both run and project modes.
  • Lead security and access management projects.
  • Collaborate with internal control teams to enhance processes.
  • Define workflows for user access and modification requests.
  • Evaluate new applications for access and authorization management capabilities.
  • Monitor and review inactive users and licenses.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years as an Access & Authorization Lead in a large international IT environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP authorization management.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in a consulting company or IT department, with significant experience in access and authorization management in a large IT landscape.
