Sephora seeks an Alternance Global Talent Coordinator Assistant in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, France — work‑study role supporting employee listening, employer brand and analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support employee listening programmes: assist with survey configuration, platform maintenance and user support for the company’s engagement tools.
  • Analyse employee survey and onboarding/offboarding feedback data, produce reports, identify trends and propose actionable insights.
  • Monitor and report on employer‑brand performance across social channels and the corporate careers site, tracking KPIs and recommending optimisation actions.
  • Support development and coordination of global social content and careers‑site updates to ensure alignment with Sephora’s employer brand and EVP.
  • Prepare clear, visually engaging presentations and reports to communicate findings and initiatives to HR stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.
  • Contribute to group initiatives related to employee listening and social/brand projects, fostering continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and an ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative HR data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
