Role & Responsibilities
- Support global talent acquisition initiatives, coordinating timelines, dependencies and multi-market activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Produce visually compelling presentations and executive-ready communications that translate strategic discussions into clear messages while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collect, consolidate and analyse TA KPIs in collaboration with People Analytics to contribute to dashboards and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct weekly market intelligence on talent movements for senior leadership and summarise findings succinctly.
- Organise and structure knowledge management systems and communication channels to improve information accessibility across the global TA community.
- Animate and coordinate the global recruitment community through regular communications, meeting organisation and follow-up on initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (preferably in Human Resources, Project Management, Communication or equivalent).
- Fluent English required (working language of the role).
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and demonstrable ability to design clear, engaging presentations.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and comfort working with data.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with capacity to synthesize complex information and present clear recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; discretion when handling confidential information.

Experience
Entry-level; suitable for a master's student. Previous exposure to HR, recruitment operations or project management is advantageous but not required.

Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR, Project Management, Communication or an equivalent discipline).
