Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements-gathering workshops and decision-making regarding SAP finance solution implementations
• Validate proper completion of testing across ECC6.0 and S/4 HANA dual maintenance environments
• Draft comprehensive documentation for Key Users and lead training sessions on financial processes
• Ensure data migration quality across international subsidiaries
• Provide post-Go-Live support to finance users and CFOs across various entities
• Contribute to S/4 HANA implementation program through 2028, promoting best practices and Core Model adoption
• Support users across multiple geographical locations and organizational structures in various finance disciplines (accounting, tax, management control, audit, consolidation)
• Promote and support adoption of financial best practices across the entire Maison and among accounting and finance teams
• Collaborate regularly with other SAP Finance Support Unit members and cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, CRM, eStore, and POS

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance (Bac+4/5 or equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years' experience in SAP finance environments
• First successful experience in SAP Finance (ECC6 or S/4), ideally with Core Model approach
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of financial disciplines including accounting, taxation, management control, audit, and consolidation
• Proficiency with SAP modules: FI (Financial Accounting), SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management)

Skills

Experience

Minimum 8 years' experience in SAP finance environments, with demonstrated success in ECC6 or S/4 implementations. Prior experience supporting finance operations across multiple countries and managing international finance systems projects is strongly recommended.

Education

Master's degree in finance (Bac+4/5 or equivalent higher education qualification).
