Sephora Global SAP Application Support Lead (CDI) in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Lead SAP ECC6/S/4HANA maintenance across three continents.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA application maintenance services across three global sites in conjunction with external service providers
  • Coordinate support priorities, make operational trade-offs, and monitor performance through committees, reporting, and KPI/SLA tracking
  • Lead critical issue resolution and coordinate communication between business stakeholders and local and central IT teams
  • Structure knowledge transfers and documentation during project transition to run phase; implement preventive measures
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities and promoting sustainable, robust solutions
  • Operate as subject matter expert, ensuring quality of deliverables and maintaining assertive stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an engineering school, business school, or equivalent master's degree program
  • Minimum 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in application maintenance management
  • Solid expertise in MM/SD modules with strong understanding of Finance (FI/CO) processes and their integration
  • Proven track record managing service providers in offshore environments
  • Demonstrated ability to balance global strategic management with operational execution

Experience
