Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain a robust governance framework for global compensation and benefits programs.
- Design, update and standardise global reward policies and guidelines to support business objectives and talent attraction/retention.
- Ensure clear communication, accessibility and consistent application of reward policies across regions and countries.
- Partner with regional stakeholders and legal teams to ensure policies are compliant and effectively implemented locally.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive reward analytics strategy to identify trends, measure programme effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with HRIS and Data & Analytics teams to optimise reward data infrastructure, reporting capabilities and to produce executive-grade dashboards and insights.
- Act as a senior advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leadership on complex compensation matters, policy interpretation and market best practices.
- Project-manage cross-functional initiatives to deploy global reward programmes and governance changes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree, ideally with a specialisation in Compensation & Benefits, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits with significant exposure to HRIS and data analytics in an international, multinational environment.
- Proven track record of building governance frameworks and global reward policies.
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional programmes.
- Excellent analytical mindset, pragmatic problem‑solving and intellectual curiosity.
- Highly effective communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Fluent in English.

Experience
At least 15 years of substantive Compensation & Benefits experience with complementary HRIS and data analytics exposure within multinational companies; proven leadership of global programmes and cross‑regional implementations.
Education
Master’s degree, preferably with a specialisation in Compensation & Benefits, or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
