Sephora seeks a Global Reward & Benefits Projects Director in Neuilly-sur-Seine to lead global C&B programmes. Permanent, full-time role at Sephora Global HQ.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate major global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) projects from design through implementation, ensuring alignment with Sephora’s global strategy.
  • Oversee and drive global benefits initiatives in close coordination with LVMH and regional teams.
  • Manage the annual individual compensation campaign end-to-end: data collection, consolidation, validation and regional alignment to ensure a robust and efficient process.
  • Maintain and update Key Positions job mapping and ensure accuracy of role benchmarking across markets.
  • Prepare and review senior executive and international mobility remuneration packages; ensure executive total reward benchmarking and governance.
  • Coordinate and conduct external compensation benchmark surveys and analyse results to inform pay strategies.
  • Design, pilot and govern the One Sephora Bonus plan and ensure coherence across incentive and commission schemes.
  • Act as high-level C&B partner to a designated region, supporting General Managers and local HR/C&B teams on compensation strategy and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably with a specialisation in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ proven experience in Compensation & Benefits within an international environment (consulting and/or large multinational organisations).
  • Demonstrable expertise in executive compensation, benefits design and global compensation frameworks.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional, cross-regional initiatives and deliver to tight timelines.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior executives.
  • Fluent English; ability to work effectively in multicultural contexts.

Experience
