Sephora 6-month internship in Global Omnichannel Business Controlling in Neuilly-sur-Seine, supporting LVMH retail and e-commerce reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate retail and e-commerce performance data collection in partnership with regional Finance teams worldwide, ensuring data quality and consistency
- Produce and consolidate monthly performance reportings including Sales Formula, headcount (FTE), store network metrics, and related KPIs
- Monitor and resolve data discrepancies across regions, contributing to continuous process improvement in reporting tools and data collection systems
- Support global budget and forecast exercises in coordination with global and regional Finance teams
- Pilot autonomous reportings for the LVMH Group, including monthly revenue tracking by point of sale across the global Sephora network
- Track financial performance of store openings and analyze associated capital expenditure (CAPEX) investments
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and provide data support to global functions including Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Sustainability teams
Qualifications
- Education in business school or university with specialization in finance
- Advanced Excel proficiency; knowledge of EPM and Microsoft 365 Copilot is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities with genuine interest in retail sector dynamics
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at a professional working level

Beginner level with some prior experience preferred; first professional or internship experience in finance or business analysis valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or related discipline from a business school or university.
