Sephora — Global Master Data Lead in Central Jakarta (hybrid). Lead global master data operations, SAP/MDM and BPO coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and maintain global master data models, standards and catalogue governance for novelties, non-sellable items and suppliers within the Shared Service Center.
- Manage global master data creation requests via a ticketing system and ensure timely, accurate fulfilment according to SLAs.
- Supervise and coach Database Specialists — monitor SLAs, perform quality checks, coordinate knowledge transfer, maintain backup coverage and drive continuous improvement.
- Design, build and monitor data quality dashboards and processes; coordinate cross-regional data cleansing activities with BPOs and local teams.
- Support and execute UAT for master data topics in projects (following BPMN), deliver preliminary database analyses and provide cleansing recommendations during migrations and releases.
- Coordinate BPO activities for BAU and project workstreams (cleanses, UATs, migrations) and participate in SAP/MDM platform enhancement and release cycles.
- Document processes, contribute to training materials and liaise with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent master data practices.
Qualifications
- Two-year higher education diploma (associate degree) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; preferably 4+ years working in a Shared Service Centre of an international company.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Strong analytical aptitude, rigor and excellent organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across regions and coordinate third‑party BPO delivery.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally 4+ years in a Shared Service Centre supporting global master data or material/supplier data; demonstrated experience coordinating BPOs, conducting UAT and working with SAP/MDM platforms.
Education
