Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of global learning initiatives that align with the company’s talent development strategy.
- Create engaging learning content across formats (written, visual and digital) for onboarding, upskilling and brand education.

- Strong written and verbal proficiency in French and English (both required).

- Analytical aptitude to interpret learning metrics and support data‑driven improvements.
