Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional L&D partners, HR teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure consistent rollout and localisation of training programs.
  • Monitor learning trends and emerging formats to propose innovative, experiential learning solutions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme (alternance/apprenticeship) in HR, Learning & Development, Education, Psychology, Business or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable interest in Learning & Development and corporate training strategy at a global scale.
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency in French and English (both required).
  • Ability to create clear, engaging learning materials across written, visual and digital media.
  • Analytical aptitude to interpret learning metrics and support data‑driven improvements.

Experience
