- Oversee CAPEX reclassification and tracking: analyse CAPEX recorded on generic internal orders, allocate to projects, ensure compliance with IAS 38 capitalization rules and maintain the reclassification tool (Budget Tools) with IT Architecture and project teams.
- Act as finance business partner to IT and Delivery teams: provide budgetary and financial support, assist project managers with financial monitoring and steer IT investment follow‑up.
- Build and consolidate IT OPEX and CAPEX budgets and forecasts; prepare variance analysis and syntheses for central EME controlling.
- Design and implement a new global IT controlling and recharge reporting model following the merger of regional and global controlling, and draft operating procedures for recharge flows, internal order creation and CAPEX governance.
