Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Project Manager in the coordination and delivery of IT and digital transformation initiatives across international markets.
- Act as the JIRA referent: manage request intake, maintain data quality, provide user support and deliver training to stakeholders.
- Monitor and enforce agreed processes by collecting metrics, establishing KPIs and producing regular reports to demonstrate process benefits.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards and concise communications for senior stakeholders to surface program progress and business value.
- Collaborate daily with cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams, adapting communication to cultural differences and time zones.
- Identify and document process improvement opportunities, contributing to the development of global standards and team onboarding materials.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in IT, digital transformation, project management, engineering or business (required for alternance).
- Structured, methodical approach with strong attention to data quality and process discipline.
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong team orientation, curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment and willing to learn about global IT operations.
