Sephora seeks Global HR Controller for maternity leave cover, July 2026–Feb 2027, Neuilly-sur-Seine. HR controlling, finance, LVMH reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and analyze global HQ HR controlling budget for 2027 and revised 2026 figures in collaboration with HR Business Partners and finance
  • Monitor and analyze actuals for global HR controlling costs, reconcile HQ figures with finance data, and analyze variances
  • Coordinate and prepare the LVMH Annual Report 2026 campaign from Q4 2026, engaging all relevant stakeholders across markets and group functions
  • Assist in reconciling monthly LVMH HR reports with Core HR figures and respond to group-level inquiries regarding variances
  • Support deployment of global staff costs HR controlling project
  • Address ad-hoc requests related to HR controlling

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in finance or HR controlling
  • Fluent English proficiency (French is a plus)
  • Advanced Excel expertise
  • Knowledge of All Share software (highly valued)

Experience
