Sephora seeks Global Finance SAP Project Coordinator (1-year contract) in Saran, France to drive finance transformation across 30+ countries.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in cross-functional SAP adaptation projects on both ECC6.0 and S/4 HANA platforms, accounting for legal, tax, and accounting specificities across countries
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and contribute to solution implementation decisions
  • Validate user acceptance testing completion and ensure data migration quality
  • Develop and maintain documentation of Sephora Core Model finance processes and create training materials for key users
  • Lead training sessions and provide ongoing post-implementation support
  • Contribute to S/4 HANA implementation rollout (planned through 2028) by promoting best practices and Core Model performance
  • Support finance users across diverse entities and geographical locations on SAP ECC6.0 and S/4 HANA solutions
  • Disseminate financial best practices to accounting and finance teams across the organization
  • Serve as primary liaison between finance teams, CFOs of subsidiaries, IT teams, and cross-functional departments (Supply Chain, CRM, Estore, POS)
  • Collaborate daily with SAP Finance Support Unit team members on strategic transformation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Higher education in finance (Master's degree or equivalent, BAC+4/5)
  • Advanced expertise in SAP Finance and peripheral modules (MM, SD, FI, CO) on ECC6.0 or S/4 HANA, preferably with Core Model experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar SAP finance implementation or support roles
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong team collaboration skills with proven ability to work effectively in project environments
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and adaptability capacity
  • Natural curiosity and proactive temperament
  • Understanding of functional finance needs and business challenges

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; Master's degree or equivalent (BAC+4/5) strongly preferred. Formal training or certification in SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, MM, SD) is highly valued.
