Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement global governance, operating models, standards and policies for the Digital Workplace systems portfolio in coordination with regional and global stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end platform accountability for M365, Microsoft low-code/no-code platforms (Fabric, Power Platforms), Copilot and associated collaboration services, ensuring service quality, security and performance.
- Lead lifecycle management for Digital Workplace systems, including architecture validation, integrations, roadmap and technical debt control.
- Set and steer global strategy for endpoint and workplace services: device lifecycle, hardware standards, compliance, sustainability and proximity services delivery.
- Establish service models, support tiers and escalation frameworks; ensure Level 3 administration and L2/L1 operations are staffed and executed by run teams.
- Drive global implementations, migrations and rollouts of collaboration systems and promote adoption through change management, training and communications.
- Implement cybersecurity, data protection and compliance recommendations from Global and Regional security and data protection officers; act as executive owner for Digital Workplace risks.
- Manage budgeting, licensing, vendor contracts, RFPs and supplier relationships for Digital Workplace services, and coordinate recharge processes with regions and the LVMH Group.
- Lead and grow the community of Digital Workplace professionals across Sephora, set shared objectives, share best practices and represent Sephora within the LVMH Digital Workplace community.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Internal Communications on product deployment, employee experience, AI introduction and productivity tooling governance.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least five years in platform management for large international organisations (scope >20,000 employees).
- Proven track record of leading Digital Workplace transformation projects and driving adoption of collaboration platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and vendor management experience across international regions.
- Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage. Retail or FMCG domain experience is a plus.
