Role & Responsibilities

• Lead IT project scoping and delivery across Finance systems in alignment with SAP S/4 HANA strategic migration roadmap
• Define project charters, budgets, governance frameworks, and ensure adherence to cost, timeline, and quality commitments
• Manage third-party implementation partners, software vendors, and DSI relationships including licensing, maintenance contracts, and version upgrades
• Collaborate on finance application architecture design, ecosystem integration, and overall system coherence across the Sephora group
• Guide integration teams on technical implementation of solutions and guarantee performance delivery of developed applications
• Support business stakeholders in systems information governance and management of information technology projects
• Monitor technology landscape and identify emerging solutions aligned with business requirements in Finance and adjacent functions
• Oversee deployment and rollout of systems including SAP instances across multiple geographies, demonetization solutions, expense management tools, P2P platforms, and fiscal compliance frameworks

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university qualification
• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in consulting, systems integration, or Finance IT departments
• Functional and technical mastery of SAP FI/CO modules and integration with MM/SD, with demonstrated SAP S/4 HANA experience
• Proven expertise in IT project management within Finance and international contexts
• Deep knowledge of Finance business processes including accounting, management control, treasury, fixed assets, and consolidation
• Strong command of information technology project management methodologies and software development standards
• Fluent English language proficiency (written and oral)
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience acquired within consulting firms, systems integrators, or Finance IT departments, with significant involvement in IT project leadership within the Finance domain and international multi-geography contexts.

Education

Master's degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university qualification.
