Sephora — Central Jakarta: Global Database Specialist role managing product master data, SAP and Excel expertise required. Hybrid position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply and maintain global master data standards, rules and reference data to ensure consistency across markets.
- Execute master data creation and maintenance (regional novelties, non-sellable items, suppliers) through the ticketing system.
- Monitor data quality, identify defects (duplicates, incorrect or incomplete entries) and drive corrective actions.
- Support BPO teams by providing guidance, clarifications and conducting quality reviews.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for master data: test execution, cleansing and ad-hoc tasks during project phases.
- Document and maintain procedures within the Global Master Data SSC Playbook.
Qualifications
- Higher education diploma (minimum two-year post-secondary qualification) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a Shared Service Centre or equivalent international company environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical aptitude, rigor and excellent organisational skills.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional and external stakeholders.

Experience
Minimum of one year working within a Shared Service Centre or in a master data role for an international organisation; prior exposure to material data transactions and support for BPO teams is strongly preferred.
Education
Higher education diploma (two-year) or equivalent
