Sephora seeks a Global BPO Financial Consolidation & Reporting Specialist in Neuilly sur Seine, France for permanent full-time role managing SYRUS and SAP BFC tools across 50+ entities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and deploy actual and forecast closing packages in SYRUS for local entities worldwide
- Create comprehensive documentation and lead training programs for Finance community users of SYRUS and satellite tools
- Provide expert support and technical guidance to the Finance community in apprehending and utilizing reporting tools
- Take ownership of development projects related to the Group's consolidation tool SAP-BFC
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes by proposing new methodologies and tooling solutions
- Lead Power BI implementation in coordination with Sephora and LVMH Data teams, including enrichment, deployment, and user training
- Participate in workshops and represent Sephora in LVMH projects related to BFC replacement initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in business, finance, or related field from a business school or university equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, preferably gained in an audit firm auditing consolidated financial statements or similar role within the finance department of a large international group
- Strong accounting and financial knowledge with demonstrated expertise in consolidated financial statement preparation
- Mandatory knowledge of SAP BFC (Magnitude)
- Proven proficiency with financial information technologies including data warehouses and data visualization tools

Experience
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, ideally gained in an audit firm conducting audits of consolidated financial statements and/or in a comparable role within the finance department of a large multinational organization. The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in financial consolidation, IFRS reporting, and working within complex, international finance environments.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) in business, finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited business school or university equivalent.
