Sephora - General Services Manager (CDD) in Saran, France. Manage facilities, maintenance, and vendor coordination for a 4,000 m² site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage technical building operations and preventive/corrective maintenance for the 4,000 m² Saran facility
- Coordinate and oversee approximately 20 service provider contracts including maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, reception, and beauty services
- Process and track employee workplace environment requests and arrange workspace modifications
- Manage maintenance contracts, request and analyze quotations, and validate invoices
- Procure and manage inventory of supplies, materials, furniture, and office equipment
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including copier repairs, equipment maintenance, and consumable restocking
- Support internal event organization and prepare workplace communications
- Handle vehicle fleet interventions in coordination with the fleet manager, including incident management and fuel procurement
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+2 qualification (BTS or equivalent)
- Technical background or demonstrated solid technical knowledge (essential)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant facilities or building management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT environment

Experience
Minimum 3 years of facilities management, building operations, or related experience in a commercial or office environment.
Education
Bac+2 minimum (BTS or equivalent qualification in facilities management, building management, or related technical discipline).
