Sephora Seasonal Warehouse Associate position in Olive Branch, MS—full-time distribution center role at $18/hr with benefits and conversion potential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and manage product inventory according to established company and industry standard operating procedures
- Pick, pack, and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers using WMS systems and RF terminals
- Execute put-away and receiving procedures while maintaining quality control and accuracy standards
- Comply with all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, reporting safety violations and potential hazards to supervisory personnel
- Cross-train and work across multiple warehouse departments including receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping based on operational needs
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance, demonstrating flexibility with work schedules and overtime as required
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service aligned with company standards
- Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management personnel
Qualifications
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing product
- Basic mathematical skills with demonstrated ability to match numbers accurately
- Capacity to be cross-trained in receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the scheduled shift
- Physical capability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for the full duration of shifts

Experience
Beginner-level warehouse or distribution center experience preferred, though candidates with strong foundational skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
