Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional, consultative fragrance experiences and maintain high professional standards.
- Design and deliver ongoing product and selling-skill training to build team capability and confidence in personalised fragrance consultations.
- Set performance targets, conduct regular performance check‑ins and support individual development plans to drive commercial results.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of fragrance trends and innovations to inform merchandising, storytelling and customer engagement.
- Drive sales performance and KPI achievement through expert consultations, relationship building, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Manage day‑to‑day fragrance operations including inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, visual standards and loss prevention.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly to protect customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Collaborate with store leadership and brand partners to deliver promotional activations, seasonal campaigns and in‑store events.
- Manage employee relations matters as required (attendance, performance conversations) and ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards.
- Support new store opening activities where applicable, including unboxing, merchandise preparation and visual set‑up.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' retail leadership experience, preferably in prestige beauty or fragrance.
- Proven expertise in fragrance product knowledge, storytelling and consultative selling techniques.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Strong coaching, performance management and people‑development capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Organisational aptitude with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Experience handling employee relations matters and applying operational compliance procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
