Sephora seeks a Fragrance Launch Coordinator on a temporary contract in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Coordinate product launches across EU operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the product launch schedule while coordinating with Category Management teams, brands, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain departments across all launch stages
- Oversee the fragrance launch plan, communicate progress to stakeholders, and proactively flag potential risks or delays
- Propose solutions and mitigation strategies in coordination with supply chain and e-merchandising teams when risks or delays emerge
- Anticipate unforeseen events and communicate changes internally, to market teams, and to brand partners
- Manage and coordinate launches for major seasonal events, particularly the Christmas period—one of the year's most significant commercial calendars
Qualifications
- First experience in a similar coordinator role (internships included), ideally within retail or distribution
- Graduate of a business school, university, or engineering school
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong rigor and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- High responsiveness and a strong sense of service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good command of English
- Genuine interest in the beauty and cosmetics industry
Skills
Experience
First experience in a similar coordination role, ideally within retail or selective distribution. Internships and entry-level positions are welcome. The candidate should demonstrate foundational project coordination experience and familiarity with fast-paced commercial environments.
Education
Graduate of a business school, university, or engineering school.
