Role & Responsibilities

  • Support monthly financial planning routines and performance analysis, focusing on sales and gross margin indicators.
  • Consolidate, validate and maintain reporting databases to ensure integrity and timeliness of management information.
  • Prepare and update recurring sales and gross margin (Sales and GM) reports and comparative analyses.
  • Contribute to the monthly financial close by preparing reconciliations, provisions and supporting documentation.
  • Develop and maintain analytical reports and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making across commercial teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to data accuracy and deadlines.
  • Intermediate English is desirable.
  • Availability to work part‑time in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
