Sephora in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks a Forecast Analyst (contract) to consolidate and validate sales and purchase forecasts across European markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and validate monthly sales forecasts across assigned brands and European countries using the RELEX forecasting platform.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and diagnostic metrics, investigate root causes and implement corrective adjustments in collaboration with local supply teams.
  • Analyze purchase plans at country/HUB level versus budgets and stock coverage; identify risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly S&OP meetings with local Supply, Offer and Finance stakeholders to align on Sell‑In/Sell‑Out dynamics and reach consensus on inventory and purchase decisions.
  • Prepare and share concise syntheses and alerts on forecast and purchase trends for central Supply Planning, Offer and Finance teams.
  • Propose and participate in transversal continuous‑improvement projects to automate, simplify and enhance forecasting and data operations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in supply chain, with demonstrable exposure to supply and/or demand planning within a retail environment.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with forecasting software and data visualization tools is highly desirable.
  • Organised, rigorous and results‑oriented with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Proven cross‑functional collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills; comfortable in international teams.

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, demand planning or forecasting within a retail organisation, with hands‑on responsibility for sales and purchase forecast consolidation and stakeholder coordination.

Education
