Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team by embodying Sephora's brand DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise team performance through coaching, feedback, and supporting professional development
  • Utilise and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors
  • Serve as Manager in Charge for client and cast member matters, confidently making store decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Facilitate open communication with the team, providing effective feedback and consistent updates to the management team
  • Support all store functions including sales management, profit and loss oversight, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Work across all product categories to help clients discover Sephora's offerings through product knowledge and consultative service

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management
  • Experience in training, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is AUD 32.24 per hour.
