Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
  • Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
  • Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
  • Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters, making confident store decisions.
  • Engage in all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
  • Participate in sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail management experience with a focus on profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia as an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in retail management, with a proven track record in sales and team leadership.

Compensation

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekends and public holidays.
