Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
  • Drive a sales culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
  • Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
  • Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
  • Serve as the Manager in Charge for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
  • Engage with all product categories and store functions, including sales, management, and operations.

Qualifications

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Availability for a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills

Proven retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members. Passion for client service and experiential retail. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.

Experience

Previous experience in retail management, with a focus on sales, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Workplace

The role is situated in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Compensation

$31/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
