Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store team on the sales floor and act as a role model for Sephora’s client experience and brand DNA.
- Drive a high‑performance selling culture by coaching, developing and mentoring colleagues to exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with operational decisions using sales and inventory reporting.
- Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) when required—making confident store‑level decisions for clients and cast members.
- Oversee daily store functions including sales, stock control, visual merchandising and back‑of‑house operations.
- Facilitate open communication and provide constructive feedback to maintain a positive, high‑engagement culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' retail management experience with responsibility for P&L, sales forecasting, people management, training and stock control.
- Right to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident required).
- Availability for a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays; capacity to provide five full days of availability across key trading times.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite for daily reporting and data interpretation.
- Hands‑on leadership style with a proven ability to coach teams and deliver exceptional client service.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' retail management experience, including people leadership, P&L responsibility, sales forecasting, stock control and visual merchandising.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is AUD 32.24 per hour.
