Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Serve as a role model by embodying Sephora's prestige beauty experience.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
  • Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with management.
  • Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
  • Act as Manager in Charge for client and team member matters.
  • Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
  • Participate in sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Availability for a rotating roster including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail. Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture through feedback and career development.

Experience

Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising is required.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Parramatta, Parramatta, Australia, with easy access to Sydney.

Compensation

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
