Floor Manager – Sephora Highpoint, Melbourne (FTC until March 2027). Lead 20+ beauty advisors in a premium retail environment with strategic oversight and commercial acumen.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence
- Drive commercial results by setting ambitious KPIs, coaching team members on sales techniques, and creating a results-oriented selling environment
- Serve as Client Experience Lead, confidently overseeing client and team matters within a fast-paced environment and making critical store decisions
- Interpret reporting data and utilise the Microsoft Office Suite to inform operational decisions and collaborate with senior management
- Embody Sephora's brand DNA by delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience and serving as a role model to the team
- Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Facilitate open and constructive communication within the team, providing impactful feedback and maintaining dialogue with wider management
- Work a rotating roster supporting store needs, including late nights, weekends, and peak trading periods (Thursday to Sunday)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional client service and creating an experiential retail environment
- Ability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in smaller-format retailers seeking transition to high-volume premium retail environments. Hands-on leadership experience managing multi-category retail operations and large teams is essential.
Education
