Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence
- Drive commercial performance by exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and elevating team capabilities through targeted coaching and development
- Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Serve as the Client Experience Lead (CEL), overseeing client and team matters in a fast-paced environment and making critical store decisions
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to inform operational decisions, collaborating with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors
- Facilitate open and constructive communication within the team, providing impactful feedback and maintaining consistent dialogue with the wider management team
- Embody Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience as a role model and mentor to the team
- Work a rotating roster supporting store needs, including key trading times such as late nights, weekends, and public holidays
Qualifications
- Extensive retail management experience including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong visual merchandising expertise and stock control capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting
- Exceptional client service skills and passion for creating an experiential retail environment that embodies the Sephora brand
- Demonstrated ability to foster a strong and positive culture where every team member is valued and enabled to succeed
- Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, ideally transitioning from smaller-format to large-format retail environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, with a strong track record of leading teams and exceeding sales targets in a luxury or premium retail environment. Experience in boutique or smaller-format stores transitioning to large-format retail is advantageous.
Education
No specific formal education requirement stated; retail management certification or equivalent professional qualification is beneficial.

Compensation
