Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor teams of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence
  • Drive sales performance and exceed KPIs through targeted coaching and capability development
  • Interpret reporting data and analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with Store and Assistant Store Managers
  • Serve as Client Experience Lead (CEL), overseeing client and team matters in a fast-paced environment and making critical store decisions
  • Ensure exceptional client service and experiential retail standards aligned with Sephora brand values
  • Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, inventory control, and visual merchandising across all beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
  • Provide consistent feedback and facilitate open communication within the team and across management
  • Maintain operational standards in front-of-house and back-of-house functions
  • Work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays to support peak trading periods

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years retail management experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
  • Experience managing stock control and visual merchandising in large-format retail environments
  • Hands-on leadership approach with ability to motivate and empower teams
