Sephora Floor Manager role at Highpoint, Melbourne – lead a high-performing beauty team in luxury retail with comprehensive management opportunities and LVMH career progression.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and operational excellence
  • Serve as Client Experience Lead (CEL), overseeing client and team matters in a fast-paced environment and making critical store decisions
  • Drive commercial performance by implementing targeted coaching, sales strategies, and development initiatives to exceed KPIs
  • Utilize data-driven reporting and analytics to inform operational decisions and collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
  • Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising across all product categories
  • Facilitate open communication within the team, provide impactful feedback, and maintain dialogue with wider management
  • Oversee back-of-house operations and manage rotating rosters to support store needs during peak trading times
  • Champion Sephora's brand DNA and curated beauty experience through mentoring and role modeling to the team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management
  • Extensive experience in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is AUD 32.24 per hour.
