Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the store team in delivering the Sephora client experience while embodying the brand's DNA of curated, innovative prestige beauty
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs through effective coaching and support of team growth and development
- Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, inventory control, and visual merchandising in collaboration with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
- Interpret and utilise reporting data to inform operational decisions and maintain awareness of team performance metrics
- Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) when required, making confident store decisions and addressing client and team member matters in a fast-paced environment
- Provide consistent feedback and open communication channels to foster a positive team culture and enable staff success
- Work across all beauty categories including skincare, haircare, and wellness while supporting sales, management, and back-of-house operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management and training
- Strong stock control and visual merchandising capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (mandatory requirement)
